Innovation is at the heart of great partnerships, and Cloudteam Company has led the way with solutions that make a real difference for customers. Their Payable Invoice Scan App (PISA) integrates Optical Character Recognition (OCR) with Certinia’s accounting system on Salesforce, streamlining invoice processing and bank integrations. By automating and simplifying financial operations, Cloudteam Company has delivered tangible efficiency gains for our customers, showcasing the power of partner-driven innovation.
Growth Partner Award – North America
Winner: RSM
RSM’s dedication to Certinia has been nothing short of impressive. They’ve built a strong Professional Services Automation (PSA) practice, invested in lead generation, and created internal incentives to drive awareness across their tech sales organization. Growth Partner Award – International
Winner: Spaulding Ridge

Their focus on joint account planning has already created new opportunities, and their investment in PSA services expansion positions them as a key player in supporting Certinia customers worldwide.
ICP Expansion Partner Award
Winner: A5
Breaking into new markets requires bold partners willing to lead the charge, and A5 has done just that. Their early work with CS Cloud and Services Estimator has opened the door to the U.S. Federal Government sector in addition to other segments for Certinia solutions. Their ability to identify new opportunities and make inroads with new customer segments will help Certinia expand its reach even further in the years ahead.
