Einstein, Lightning, and the most powerful ERP release yet
Following the most epic Dreamforce ever and a new era of services at TSW, we couldn’t be more excited to continue the momentum by officially announcing the Fall 2018 Release of Certinia!
The Release includes significant new functionality, including industry-leading analytics powered by the Salesforce Einstein Analytics Platform as well as a next-generation Lightning user experience across the portfolio.
Here are the top five biggest updates in our Fall 2018 Release.
Analytics powered by Salesforce Einstein
Certinia Financial Management and PSA Analytics – powered by Salesforce Einstein Analytics – gives CFOs and services leaders the tools they need to run a more data-driven business. From out-of-the-box dashboard reports to highly scalable, easily personalized drill-downs, finance teams get deeper business insights while streamlining the reporting and period-end and services professionals can run customer health checks using a single, consistent source of truth spanning the entire opportunity-to-revenue and renewal lifecycle.
Simple, pre-built integrations
With the newly launched Certinia Integration Hub, customers can now get more value from their investments in Certinia and other third-party business applications. The Integration Hub delivers and maintains standardized, packaged API integrations to popular third-party business applications, including those that sit outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Certinia will be offering several packaged integrations using the new integration solution, starting with the Fall Release. This will include a new API integration between Certinia and SAP Concur, a leading travel and expense management solution. More packaged integration connectors will be announced as they become available.
Consolidated, agile billing
The Fall Release of Certinia Billing enables organizations to more holistically manage multiple revenue streams while simplifying complex billing and invoicing processes across different revenue models. Subscription services, consumption- and usage-based offerings, and billing for tangible goods are all supported by one system. Companies can bring products and services to market faster, and collection managers will be more efficient.
Optimizing collections for services
To help companies better retain customers and grow predictable recurring revenue models, the Fall Release of Financial Management offers collections and accounts receivable teams a completely reimagined user experience, equipped with a consolidated workbench for improving cash flow and reducing customer attrition. New features enable collection managers to automatically and proactively engage with customers to resolve problems and help turn at-risk contracts into renewals and collected revenue.
Next-generation UX with Salesforce Lightning
The Fall 2018 Release delivers full Salesforce Lightning adoption with new page layouts and designs across all transactions. Built for speed, scale and flexibility, this deeply modern user experience will make using Certinia more intuitive and consistent than ever before.
