See the power of Einstein on the Salesforce World Tour
I was super proud to participate on a customer panel yesterday as part of the Salesforce Einstein Analytics sales kickoff at the historic Palace Hotel in San Francisco. In addition to myself, the panel included Chris Wade (Marketing Planning Manager, Palo Alto Networks) and Dailey Kluck (Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, Peet’s Coffee).
All three of us agreed on one thing: Einstein Analytics delivers impressive ease of use and speed, and it makes it incredibly easy to empower users with powerful analytics technology. We did diverge on one point: Though Chris and Dailey said they experienced difficulty in bringing “external” data into Einstein, we don’t have that problem at Certinia. Our ERP and PSA data natively lives on the Salesforce platform, allowing us to reap immediate benefits of Einstein’s intelligence.
Soon our customers will be able to do the same as we expand Einstein-powered functionality in upcoming releases of Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Certinia Financial Management.
Additionally, I had the opportunity to demonstrate Pulse, our internal application powered by Einstein Analytics and Einstein Discovery (the AI component of Einstein), which we use to keep Certinia operations consistent, efficient, and predictive around customer needs.
Yesterday was just one step in the journey: I’m pleased to say that I have been invited to demonstrate and discuss our use of Einstein Analytics and Einstein Discovery at several upcoming Salesforce World Tours. If you’re interested to learn more, I’d be happy to show you the value we get from the only AI-powered, customer-centric ERP. Come to my sessions, swing by the Certinia booth, or ping me on LinkedIn to arrange something. Hope to see you soon!
