Powered by Salesforce Einstein, Certinia Analytics delivers a unified data and artificial intelligence (AI) layer, empowering users to derive predictions and recommendations using unlimited business scenarios and a complete, aggregated view of customer and business data.
This week at Dreamforce, we’ll be previewing the Fall 2018 Release across our product suite. Read on for a sneak peek!
Services automation built for growth
The Fall 2018 Release of Certinia PSA addresses the more mature and complex needs of midsize and enterprise organizations. Services professionals will be able to harness enriched and more flexible planning and resources forecasting tools, a modern, Lightning-optimized UX, and the commercial release of PSA Analytics application. Improved visibility and analysis against Billings, Backlog, Capacity, and Utilization using the Einstein Analytics tool—combined with the broadest set of services data available in the market—means the platform is built for scale.
Service professionals and planners will also be able to reduce “time-to-staff” with advanced skills searching and hierarchies, resulting in improved resource utilization and overall financial results. Advanced modeling and tailored service delivery curves also improve forecasting accuracy and insight. The combination of real-time sales pipeline with project and resource data offers a 360-degree business view using customizable, pre-built dashboards, and datasets using a unified data model across CRM, PSA, and Financial Management applications for complete account lifecycle management.
Agile billing for business unlimited
The Fall 2018 Release of Subscription & Usage Billing enables organizations to more holistically manage multiple revenue streams and simplify complex billing and invoicing processes spanning different revenue models. Subscription services, consumption- and usage-based offerings, and billing for tangible goods are all supported by the same system. Companies can bring products and services to market faster, and collection managers will be more efficient.
Optimizing collections for the new services economy
The Fall 2018 Release of Financial Management will give financial professionals enhanced, role-based dashboards and next-generation financial reporting also powered by Salesforce Einstein. Enterprise-grade performance and reporting dimensions using Einstein provide scalability to tens of millions of rows across detailed accounting transactions.
To help companies better retain customers and grow predictable recurring revenue models, the upcoming release will also provide collections and accounts receivable teams access to a brand new UX. This enhanced experience includes a consolidated workbench for improving cash flow and reducing customer attrition, allowing collection managers to resolve problems and help turn at-risk contracts into renewals and collected revenue.
An even more beautiful UX
Building on years of significant UX investments, the Fall 2018 Release delivers full Salesforce Lightning-readiness with a new user-friendly experience across the Certinia portfolio.
Users can now customize the UX and implement many managed and unmanaged Lightning apps, productivity tools such as Utility Bar, integration with Outlook/Gmail and Lightning actions, as well as build Lightning Communities.
