Accelerate end user adoption with in-depth, virtual, instructor-led training, tap into self-service training to learn a new function or refresh your knowledge, and partner with our professional services team for “train-the-trainer” project-based training.

We offer a choice of success plans to work for you. Certinia support
You can log a case via Certinia Community or by telephone. Certinia professionals are trained to a high standard in all our products and are ready to deliver the support you need. Once you log a case, it will be allocated to a Support team member for prompt attention.
During the days where some but not all local offices are closed, Certinia will provide support during the local timezone support hours of the locations that are in operation.
