FinancialForce Recognized as Most Adopted Professional Services Automation Solution in SPI Research Annual Survey
SAN FRANCISCO – Mar 4, 2019 – Certinia, the #1 Enterprise Professional Services Automation (PSA) and only customer-centric ERP cloud solution native to the Salesforce platform, has been recognized as the most adopted PSA solution in SPI Research’s 2019 extensive annual survey, the PS Maturity™ Benchmark. Certinia PSA is the clear leader, having been adopted by 32% of the firms that took part in the survey, outdistancing itself from the second-most prevalent solution, used by only 8% of respondents.
The SPI Research annual survey recognizes the Best-of-the-Best professional services organizations (PSO.) The top 5% of survey participants are nominated as “Best-of-the-Best” candidates. After careful review and discussion with their lead service executives, 18 of the 30 nominees were selected to receive the “Best-of-the-Best” award in 2019. Nine Certinia clients scored in the Top 5% this year and four were selected. The Survey also highlights business applications that help PSOs optimize operational effectiveness through increased visibility, streamlined business processes and cost management.
SPI Research reports that PSA solutions continue to drive significant operational performance benefits, yielding higher revenue and profit for PSOs. The use of PSA is on the rise due to the need to better manage projects and resources, especially in more technical disciplines, as it has become increasingly difficult to find, hire, retain and deploy talent. According to the survey, the adoption of commercial PSA solutions expanded 13% this year from 67.6% to 76.2%.
