As 2024 winds down and Spotify Wrapped playlists flood our feeds, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the highlights of Certinia’s year. From game-changing partnerships to groundbreaking launches and customer successes, here’s a look at the top hits that defined 2024.
Secret Agent(ic) Man – Johnny Rivers
We sharpened our focus on delivering solutions that help services businesses operate more efficiently and predictably. We were among the first organizations to join the Salesforce Agentforce Partner Network, giving us a unique opportunity to collaborate with Salesforce and other tech leaders to extend Agentforce’s impact and help our shared customers unlock new levels of automation, insight, and value.
We officially brought our Customer Success (CS) Cloud solution to the market bringing our customers the ability to unify customer intelligence and streamline engagement across their organizations. With recently enhanced workflow capabilities, CS Cloud now supports end-to-end success management. These enhancements bring powerful insights to every interaction, enabling teams to anticipate customer needs and ensure every step in the customer journey is seamless, efficient, and impactful.
Certinia PS Cloud along with our Communities hit a major milestone proving value at an enterprise scale: over one million users now trust PS Cloud to reach new levels of efficiency, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Birds of a Feather – Billie Eilish
We teamed up with other top technology and services champions to celebrate the first ever International Services Week. With more than two dozen participants including Salesforce, PwC, TSIA and more, this first-of-its-kind global initiative helped us celebrate the essential role that services and technology organizations play in today’s global economy.
This year, we also welcomed TA Associates as a key growth investor, joining Haveli, General Atlantic, and Salesforce Ventures in supporting Certinia’s next chapter. TA’s investment reflects the strength of our momentum and the value we deliver to customers every day. This partnership positions us to accelerate our leadership in PSA and Customer Success, expand our global footprint, and explore new opportunities to grow and innovate.
We recently announced a strategic partnership with PwC, enabling one of the world’s leading professional services firms to bring our PSA solutions to their global client base. Together, we’re helping organizations streamline operations, improve project outcomes, and drive greater business value.
And finally, this year some standout organizations joined our “greatest hits” album with their inspiring success stories!
- Govplace transformed its operations with Certinia’s financial reporting and project workflows, gaining instant visibility into demand and automating billing milestones, while intuitive persona-based Workspaces boosted productivity.
- Avance Clinical, a leading CRO, leveraged Certinia’s ERP and PS Cloud to revolutionize financial planning and forecasting, providing real-time data insights and empowering proactive decision-making.
- Meanwhile, Dayforce, a global leader in human capital management, unlocked cross-functional visibility and enhanced resource management through Certinia PS Cloud, paving the way for greater user adoption and satisfaction.

Our journey this year was also marked by notable awards that reflect our dedication to enabling services-based organizations to reach their fullest potential. We were named an Inc. Power Partner in October, highlighting our role in helping businesses manage services operations effectively.
We were also named the High Tech Winner in the 2024 Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards, honoring our collaboration with UK-based Kubrick to connect sales, delivery, and finance operations with Professional Services Cloud.
Customer Success (CS) Cloud was recognized as a Technical Innovation of the Year in the 2024 Stevie Awards, speaking to the operational excellence and innovation that drive our team and reflects our mission to make our customers’ businesses stronger, more efficient, and resilient.
We received not one, but two distinct honors in the 2024 Merit Awards recognizing our PS Cloud in Workforce Planning and Analytics, and celebrating our Chief Customer Officer, Todd Kisaberth, for excellence in customer experience.
In addition to his Merit Awards distinction, CCO Todd Kisaberth was named to the 2024 Constellation Research’s AX100, a prestigious list of innovative and disruptive leaders transforming customer and employee experiences through business around the world.
Come Together – The Beatles
One of the most meaningful aspects of this year was seeing how Certinia employees came together to give back to the communities where we live and work.
In the UK, our team took on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge—a 12-hour, 24-mile hike with 5,000 feet of ascent— raising £1,720 to support Henshaws, a local charity dedicated to helping people with sight loss and disabilities achieve independence.
In Spain, we raised funds for Acción Contra el Hambre, a charity helping communities in Valencia recover from devastating flooding. Together, we raised €1,020 and turned sweat into support, walking, running, and cycling for a cause close to our hearts.
In the US, our EmpowerHER ERG led our participation in the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk, raising over $9,000 to support breast cancer research and patient services.
Finally, we were proud to partner with our valued customer, the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), to sponsor its inaugural college scholarship program. The program provides ten $5,000 merit-based scholarships to students living with neuromuscular disease, helping them pursue their academic dreams and navigate the transition to higher education.
