Adam will focus on his use of our very own app, Certinia Professional Services Automation, a cornerstone of HP’s Global Support Delivery Transformation. For HP Enterprise, this involves evaluating its processes both from global, to regional, to country. It has standardised and simplified its processes.
HP Enterprise uses Certinia PSA to enable consistent delivery of the same services to customers worldwide. It also allows HP Enterprise to assign the right resources with the right skills and track time to obtain a profit and loss understanding on cost projection of services.
Now HP Enterprise can base resource assignment and time tracking on actual information, which is fundamental in how it learns to deliver services effectively.
HP Enterprise is now using one system for proactive and consultancy service delivery instead of 15 different and disparate tools, significantly increasing efficiency and time to focus on business transformation, which has a positive impact on customer experience.
