We’ve barely finished celebrating our last award win when we get to refill our champagne flutes and toast winning Cloud Vendor of the Year at the first ever UK Cloud Excellence Awards in association with Computing Magazine, the leading information resource for UK technology decision makers. The awards ceremony took place in London last week and we celebrated into the early hours.
The Cloud Excellence Awards aim to recognise the very best of the UK’s cloud industry, from the most innovative and compelling products and vendors, through to the top use cases from end-user firms. We’re extremely proud and pleased to be recognised for our leadership in the industry, and were up against some tough competition in our category not just within our own industry but across a whole myriad of cloud vendors including Box and UKCloud.
We want to especially thank our customer Methods with whom we also made the shortlist for Most Innovative Cloud Product or Service.
To win Cloud Vendor of the Year we had to demonstrate something above and beyond what would normally be expected, whether outstanding customer service, an innovative breakthrough in product development or a major strategic shift which has produced genuine results. We also needed to clearly explain why we separate ourselves from the pack, and how this difference benefits our customers.
The judging panel was made up of an esteemed group of industry specialists, including editorial staff from Computing magazine and a selection of industry experts.
This award is a testament to all of the hard work that goes on across our entire organisation delivering excellence and industry leadership as we help our customers drive business success.
We make that a count of fourteen awards this year for our products, employee initiatives and company success overall and we’ll continue to work hard to deliver excellence to our customers and hope to add even more to our ever-growing awards cabinet.
